Jan, a director and head of the Wills & Deceased Estates Department, brings more than 20 years of experience and a perfectionistic approach in the drafting of wills and the administration of deceased estates. Currently, Jan is intimately involved with the management of Miller Bosman Le Roux through his involvement in the executive committee of the firm.

Given that Jan has extensive experience in the administration of deceased estates, he has special insight into the importance of having wills drafted and executed properly. Furthermore, Jan also specialises in the drafting of antenuptial contracts, having been responsible for the registration of more than 400 antenuptial contracts in the past 10 years.

For Jan, quality of service, a strong work ethic and his reputation are what matter most. Working closely with colleagues in various departments of the firm, he is able to uphold high standards of service and provide exceptional solutions to his clients, making him a sought-after specialist.

In his spare time, Jan enjoys honing his skills in wildlife and sport photography. He loves travelling and spending time with his wife Kari, a special needs teacher and their two children, Phillip and Lineke.
