Grant Hill, an admitted attorney, notary and conveyancer, has been a member and director of the Property Law Department since 1992 and has overseen the growth and development of the department.

Over and above the normal property transfers and mortgage bonds, Grant has also specialised in the opening of sectional title schemes and has been involved in several arbitrations pertaining to sectional title matters.

Grant’s approach to law is based on the principles of fairness and reasonableness in implementing any transaction, while ensuring that all parties concerned are informed of their rights and the processes involved. He is acutely aware of the importance of inter-personal relationships and open lines of communication, not only with clients but colleagues as well.

Grant has served for many years on the committee of the Helderberg Institute of Estate Agents and has given many talks on numerous property related issues to estate agents. He is a member of the Strand Golf Club and enjoys going to gym. He is also secretary of the Croyden Baptist Church.
