She was admitted as an attorney in April 1999,... after obtaining a B.Proc degree at the University of Durban Westville. After completing her articles at Elliott Maris Wilmans and Hay in Kimberley, she relocated to Johannesburg for work opportunities and joined Standard Bank (Stannic) in 2000, as a vehicle asset recovery controller.
