As you may be aware, the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”) took effect on 30 June 2020 and since 1 July 2021, businesses in South Africa that process personal information are required to be fully compliant with POPIA.
We wanted to make use of this opportunity to inform you that we are compliant with POPIA and take your privacy and the protection of your personal information very seriously.
