By making a Will you ensure that, after your death, your assets are protected and distributed in accordance with your wishes. This privilege is called “freedom of testation”. If you die without leaving a valid Will your assets will be distributed according to the provisions of the Intestate Succession Act.
Miller Bosman Le Roux is participating in National Wills Week and will write basic Wills free of charge during National Wills Week from 12 to 16 September 2016.
If you wish to have a basic Will drawn up free of charge, please contact Jan van Zyl or Chantelle Snyman at (021) 840 8000 in order to make an appointment.
National Wills Week is a joint initiative of the Law Society of South Africa and its constituent members.
The following conditions apply to National Wills Week:
Only attorneys participating in National Wills Week project will write your Will free of charge; and
Only from 12 September 2016 to 16 September 2016.
