If its not your fault – it shouldn’t be your problem – right?

Over the years, the practice of law has certainly taught me that things are never what they “simply” seem, there are always two sides to a story and the law itself is never ending and constantly evolving.

The intriguing nature of personal injury matters drew my attention quite quickly on in my career, when I started my articles in Pretoria. This love expanded to medical negligence matters when I joined Miller Bosman Le Roux, working side by side with one of South Africa’s (my opinion – although I guarantee many more will share this view) well respected and experienced attorneys – Mr Manie Bosman. Through his guidance and exceptional mentorship, my knowledge, passion and love for these types of matters was moulded into what it is today.

Eight years after joining MBLH, I am still fortunate enough, to pursue personal injury and medical negligence claims, with Mr Manie Bosman, on behalf of clients who unfortunately where the victims of injuries sustained by them at the negligent hands of others.

In my spare time, I love spending time with my beautiful two boys, hubby and close friend; enjoying a glass of wine and going for a run.

If you share me love for medical law, follow my blog for regular posts on this and other legal topics.
